Approach birth + beyond with confidence
Our childbirth classes, consultations, and lactation support integrate anatomy, bodywork and holistic care to help parents to demystify the process and leave with practical tools and resources they can use.
We honor the process of childbirth and the incredible experience it holds for each family. Our founder, Lena, taps into her experience as a birth doula, massage therapist, and lactation counselor to create programs that offer unique insights for birthing families, including the relationship between structural alignment in the pregnant body and optimal fetal positioning for labor and birth, which is crucial to a positive birth experience and often overlooked in childbirth education.
We offer group, private, and semi-private classes, as well as private birth consultations.
OUR CHILDBIRTH SUPPORT IS:
- Inclusive, trauma-informed, gender-affirming, non-judgmental
- An integrative, holistic, and evidence-based approach that blends knowledge of bodywork/anatomy and herbal medicine, nutrition, and the physiology of pregnancy, lactation, and reproductive health
- Led by our founder, Lena DeGloma, who served as President of the Childbirth Education Association of Metropolitan NY
