We have some exciting news to share…
Red Moon is moving — just three blocks away — into a beautiful, larger space, designed with the same attention to detail you’ve come to expect from us. And with it, we’ll be introducing something we’ve been envisioning for a long time: a thoughtfully designed, therapeutic sauna and shower experience.
This next chapter feels both unexpected and deeply aligned.
An unexpected moment of change
Less than two months ago, we received notice that our current building would be redeveloped, with a very short timeline to relocate. It was the kind of situation that has led many beloved small businesses to close their doors or leave the neighborhood altogether.
We were faced with a difficult choice: step away, or rise to meet the moment.
Sometimes, those moments—while challenging—open the door to something even better.
In what feels very aligned with this year’s Year of the Fire Horse—a time associated with bold change and transformation—we moved quickly. In less than a month, we secured a new home right here in the neighborhood.
Our new home in Park Slope
Our new space will be located on 5th Avenue at the corner of 10th Street, just three blocks from where we are now.
While we’re staying close geographically, this move allows us to grow in ways we’ve been dreaming about for years:
✨ A larger space with 7 treatment rooms
✨ Beautiful, intentionally designed interiors
✨ A restorative sauna and shower suite for private and semi-private sessions
Most importantly, we are staying right here in the neighborhood—with the same incredible team—continuing to care for our Park Slope community and beyond.

A long-term commitment to this community
Seeing so many local businesses displaced in recent years has been heartbreaking. We were determined not to let Red Moon become one of them.
We feel incredibly grateful to have secured a long-term lease that allows us to remain part of this community for many years to come. This sense of stability gives us the ability to continue growing thoughtfully while maintaining the care and consistency our clients rely on.
A seamless transition
The build-out of the new space is already underway.
While the exact move date is still being finalized, we expect the transition to take place this spring/summer. Because we are able to remain in our current space during construction, there will be no interruption in care. We anticipate closing for only a very short period—about a week—to complete the move.
Our intention is to make this transition feel as seamless as possible for you.
What’s coming next
Along with the new space, we’re introducing something we’ve been carefully planning for quite some time: a private, therapeutic sauna experience designed to complement the work we do in the treatment room.
We’ll be sharing more details soon—including a limited opportunity for current clients to receive a complimentary early-access sauna session—so be sure to keep an eye out for our next update.
