Postpartum Massage Therapy
A fully customized session designed to support you in the months after birth. If your baby is under 3 months, please book Postpartum Massage. For babies under 12 months, you may book either Postpartum or Holistic Massage depending on what feels most relevant to your needs; both are tailored to your goals with the same level of individualized care. Birth Prep Massage
For those 37+ weeks pregnant this massage includes specific acupressure points and essential oils to help stimulate the onset of labor – it is a gentle nudge, not an induction. Also focuses on relieving restrictions in the pelvis, hips, low back, and abdomen for optimal fetal position for labor. For breech position support without labor stimulation, book as early as 33 weeks.

Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage takes place clothed on a floor mat, integrating massage and assisted stretching for relaxation, circulation, and mobility. Wear or bring loose or stretchy clothing. Infant Massage
60 Min / $165 — Infant massage is an excellent way to bond with your baby and help increase their body awareness as they grow and develop. It has been clinically proven to improve weight gain in premature and NICU babies. For babies under 12 months. Limited availability – only available with our expert LMTs specially trained in this treatment.
Apprentice Massage Therapy (Low Cost)
A lower-cost way to experience fully customized massage. Sessions are provided by a newly licensed massage therapist who has completed all NY State requirements, as well as additional prenatal training, and is building skills under our clinical director’s guidance. Your feedback is requested afterward. Available only for a limited time while the apprenticeship is in progress.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture – Initial Visit
85 Min / $225 — Your first session includes time to explore your health history, concerns, and goals before receiving a full treatment. Together we’ll create an individualized plan and may integrate modalities such as cupping, moxibustion, or herbal medicine alongside acupuncture to best support your needs.
Prenatal Acupuncture – Initial Visit
70 Min / $195 — In your first prenatal session, we’ll discuss your pregnancy experience, health history, and goals, then create a plan tailored for you. Treatments may support a healthy pregnancy, ease common symptoms, prepare for labor, encourage optimal fetal position (including breech), or gently stimulate labor if you are past your due date. Follow-ups can be given daily if needed for labor stimulation or breech.
Holistic Acupuncture Follow-Up
55 Min / $155 — Follow-up sessions build on your progress while addressing any new concerns. Each appointment begins with a conversation about your current needs and goals, followed by a personalized treatment to continue your healing journey.
Prenatal Acupuncture Follow-Up
45 Min / $135 — Ongoing sessions to support your health, ease pregnancy symptoms, and prepare for birth. These treatments use fewer points, shorter needle retention times, and may include acupressure or foot massage. Around your due date, sessions can be focused on preparing the body and mind for birth or encouraging labor to begin naturally.
Restorative Acupuncture Follow-Up
70 Min / $190 — Similar to our Holistic Acupuncture Follow-up, this comprehensive appointment is deeply relaxing and allows more time for utilizing multiple modalities such as cupping, moxa, gua sha, acupressure foot massage, as well as receiving treatment on both sides of the body as needed.
