Lena teaches and speaks in diverse settings, from healthcare and wellness professional training programs to community workshops for individuals and families.
Her areas of expertise are varied, from uterine contractility patterns in reproductive health conditions and integrating fertility awareness-based methods with clinical herbal care for hormonal imbalances to supporting circadian rhythms in night shift workers and a whole person approach to menopausal concerns. She has taught community classes and workshops at renowned institutions such as the New York Open Center, presented clinical case reports at professional conferences, and also teaches in professional training programs for herbalists, massage therapists, and childbirth educators. She is currently on faculty at Pacific College of Health and Science in Manhattan and the Arborvitae School of Traditional Herbalism in New Paltz, NY.
