An Elevated Therapeutic Sauna Experience in Park Slope.
Now that we’ve expanded into a new space just three blocks away from our former home, we’re introducing something we’re very excited about: a private infrared sauna and shower suite designed to complement the work we do in the treatment room.
Our infrared sauna is complete, and we’re currently refining the guest experience—from amenities and comforts to service flow and operational details—to ensure an exceptional experience from day one. We look forward to announcing an opening date later this summer 2026. Clients who supported us through our early-access promotion before our move will be the first to gain access to appointments before public booking opens.
This is not a communal spa sauna in a shared setting. It’s a quiet, restorative, private space for heat, rest, and recovery—an extension of your care with us.

What to Expect
Our sauna experience is designed to be:
- Private – always reserved for you or your party (never shared)
- Spacious – a three-person sauna available for individual bookings (with option to bring one guest)
- Thoughtfully-designed – with heated tile floors throughout the suite, a private rainfall-style shower, and calming intentional details throughout
- Integrated with therapeutic care – book on its own or alongside massage or acupuncture
Each session includes 60 minutes in the suite, with up to 45 minutes in the sauna and time to shower and reset.
Sessions will be available 7 days a week during our regular business hours, making it easy to incorporate into your routine or pair with a treatment.
Why Infrared Sauna
We chose infrared intentionally.
Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat warms the body more directly, allowing for a more comfortable experience at lower ambient temperatures. Many people find this makes it easier to relax, stay longer, and incorporate sauna use more regularly.
A growing body of research supports benefits such as:
- cardiovascular support
- muscle recovery and pain relief
- nervous system regulation and relaxation
- immune support

We’ve written more about how we approach sauna use—including what’s evidence-based and what isn’t—read more here.

A More Intentional Sauna Experience
Our goal is not to create a high-volume sauna environment, but a space that feels calm, considered, and genuinely supportive of your wellbeing.
With only a limited number of sessions available each day for private bookings, this will be a more personalized and quieter experience—aligned with the way we approach all of our care.
