Veranika was inspired to pursue massage after 12 years of experience as a yoga practitioner. With a background in photography, art history, translation and interpretation, she brings a diverse set of viewpoints to her bodywork. Veranika deeply resonates with the philosophy of viewing the body as an interconnected system, self-regulating system rather than separate parts. She brings a deep understanding of biomechanics, breath patterns, and the relationship between physical tension and psycho-emotional states to her work.
Veranika likes to incorporate therapeutic deep tissue work, Shiatsu (acupressure), Swedish massage, and Thai massage techniques into her sessions. Through ongoing education and exploration of body-based and soft tissue practices, she is continually refining and expanding her skill set. Veranika approaches each session as a restorative experience that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Her intention is to create a safe, grounded space where clients can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and support their natural capacity for healing. Veranika believes therapeutic touch has the ability to help people feel more supported, restored, and connected to themselves in a gentle yet powerful way.
