Careen brings over 10 years of experience with therapeutic, restorative, and integrative bodywork. Her work blends clinical understanding with intuitive, client-centered care, supporting individuals through stress, chronic tension, and life transitions. Careen recently completed an extensive prenatal massage training and this has marked a meaningful shift in her practice. Since feeling called to support people through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the broader transitions that come with that stage of life, Careen has begun the process of completing her Doula certification training in 2026 with Ancient Song, Inc.
Careen has a grounded and deeply attentive approach to her work, centering each client and their needs during her massage sessions. She loves to integrate both technical skill and intentional healing in her work. She is passionate about helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies, whether they are seeking relief from tension, recovering from physical discomfort, or simply making time for self-care. Known for her calming presence and thoughtful approach, Careen creates a personalized experience for each client.
