Tameka is a licensed massage therapist with over seven years of experience supporting clients through physical, emotional, and embodied healing. Her work is rooted in trauma-informed, individualized care, with a deep commitment to creating safe, nurturing spaces where clients can soften, restore, and reconnect to their bodies. Her approach is shaped by a uniquely interdisciplinary background that spans the healing arts, education, movement, and the study of culture and the human experience — including a Master’s degree in Teaching and a BFA in Theatre and Africana Studies. She specializes in deep tissue, Swedish, and prenatal massage, blending technical skill with intuitive presence. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, honoring both the physical body and the deeper emotional landscape it carries.

Tameka’s passion especially lies in supporting people throughout the childbearing cycle—from fertility and pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. Tameka is expanding her path as a birth worker and is currently completing her full-spectrum doula training with Ancient Song, Inc. She also brings additional training in abdominal therapy, womb wellness, Reiki, and spiritual herbalism, offering a holistic approach to perinatal and women’s health. Through her work, Tameka weaves together clinical expertise, nurturing touch, and a reverence for the body’s innate wisdom.
