Chasi loves working with the prenatal and postpartum population and incorporates acupressure, Thai massage, Swedish, sports and orthopedic massage, myofascial release, Reiki, and deep tissue massage into her work. Her treatment style is also informed by her training as a yoga instructor, and can be described as slow-paced and thoughtful, as she strives to listen and stay present, modifying the plan as needed.
As a mother who struggled with postpartum anxiety following the birth of her daughter over eight years ago, she has a deep desire to assist parents at all stages of the journey. Whether it’s support for a parent, helping to ease pain or to promote injury recovery, Chasi believes receiving regular massage can benefit everyone. Above all, she strives to create a safe space for clients to rest, relax, increase their own body connection and self-awareness, and regulate their nervous system.
Her clients regularly share how impactful their sessions have been on not just a musculoskeletal level, but an emotional level as well. Chasi believes that clients know their bodies best and a treatment, co-created and tailored to an individual’s unique and changing needs, is best accomplished together.
