Alex is trained in Swedish massage, shiatsu, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pre- and post-event sports massage, medical massage, and prenatal & postpartum massage. Alex’s work is deep and relaxing with a highly intuitive touch. A native New Yorker, he spent years in fine dining as a sommelier and later a Michelin starred restaurateur. While he is still active in the natural wine world, he has pivoted to a more holistic lifestyle, trading dining tables for massage tables, and spending his time off with his son.
